Mike Phadke : Director/Lead Trainer

I have worked in the care industry for approximately 18 years. I have worked in various settings including hospitals, prisons, care homes, secure and non-secure units. The clients that I have had the pleasure of working with have had numerous illnesses, from all forms of dementia, brain injuries, autism, learning disabilities, eating disorders and prison healthcare wards.

I gained my NVQ Level 3 in care and quickly gained my TAQA Level 3 assessing award. I am a qualified QCF Assessor for Levels 2,3 & 5. From this I moved on and gained my Train the Trainer award and started CareTrain in 2012, in the hope that I could pass on my valuable knowledge and experience to those who wanted to learn more about the industry in which they have chosen as their vocation.

"Care train is a small family run business with a combined 60 years in the healthcare industry. From doctors to nurses to healthcare assistants, we feel that we have an abundance of knowledge and experience to pass onto yourself and your staff.

Having worked for a number of other training companies, we feel that we have gained valuable insight into what healthcare providers, like yourself, are seeking in relation to training and staff competency. Therefore, as a small but highly experienced company, we are able to provide this to you, without undue expense."
